These memberships provide great value when it comes to savings. If you know you're ready to commit, which most of our students stay with us for at least two years, then these are for you. General Membership Disclaimer
Membership Usage:
This membership must be used within the year of purchase and cannot be extended beyond the 12-month period. Membership benefits and sessions must be utilized within this timeframe according to the chosen membership plan. One membership per individual, 20% per sibling discount available

Booking Process:
Once the membership is purchased, you can begin your enrollment, please enroll into art programs by drop ins (selecting all of the consecutive dates) or we will manually place bookings for you just let us know. Please review our schedule and inform us of your preferred programs and sessions. If we do not hear from you within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase, we will reach out to assist with your bookings.

Continuation During Summer:
If there are remaining sessions after the academic year, they can be used during summer programs. This ensures that your membership is fully utilized within the 12-month period.

Designed for the Academic Year:
The membership is designed to align with the academic year, but it also covers summer programs to provide flexibility and continuity in your art education.

Exclusions:
Please note that the membership does not include exhibitions. Additional fees may apply for participation in exhibition events.

Regular Policies:
When purchasing a membership, all regular policies still apply, including those related to missing sessions. Please review our make-up policies for more details.

Final Note:
We are committed to providing a comprehensive and enriching experience through our membership programs. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
 

Membership Contract:
By enrolling in our 12-month membership program, you commit to the full duration of the membership. This is a binding contract, and no cancellations or refunds are permitted under normal circumstances.
Exceptional Circumstances:
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In such cases, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If a cancellation is approved, all future bookings beyond the date of cancellation will be terminated.
No refunds will be issued. The member will not be billed for any future payments beyond the approved cancellation date.
A 50% fee of the upcoming payment will be deducted for processing the cancellation.
Future Bookings:
All future bookings, classes, camps, and events beyond the approved cancellation date will be canceled. Members will not be able to use their membership benefits past this date.
Final Note:
This policy is in place to ensure fairness and maintain the integrity of our membership program. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
