About the Event This booking is for Individual Reservations (for private family table please select Reserved Family Table Ticket) You and your family are invited into a beautiful, private holiday experience created just for you. Meeting Santa and taking a photo shouldn’t feel rushed or crowded—it should feel magical. This is your family’s night out, a tradition to look forward to every year. During your visit, you will work on a holiday-themed art project you can take home, enjoy delicious hot cocoa, and explore photo opportunities throughout the studio. The highlight of your experience is a personal meet-and-greet with Santa. We will capture your family photo, and you will receive both a printed copy and a digital version. Holiday music will fill the space as you relax, create, and make memories. Our team has transformed the entire room into a warm, storybook-style holiday cabin because we want this season to feel truly special for your family. Come dressed for your holiday photos, but please keep in mind that you’ll also be stepping into Santa’s workshop—where you’ll be partaking in a cute holiday art project involving clay and paint. This is not a drop-off event. Families stay and create together. (Our drop-off holiday workshops are separate.) You may reserve: • A private family table (up to 4 people) for $210 (limited availability), or • Individual tickets at $55 per person. Seats up to 4 (with room to add more). The perfect setup for little siblings, big laughs, and creating memories together. - Individual Ticket Flying solo or coming with a small group? Grab individual tickets! If you’re coming with friends or family, make sure to book together so we can seat you side-by-side. Groups of up to 3 may share a table with others — it is the season for togetherness, after all! Cancellation Policy All sales are final. No refunds are offered for this event. You may request to transfer your reservation to a different Santa date (based on availability) if you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If you need to cancel entirely and notify us 48 hours in advance, you will receive 50% credit toward a future program or event at Bash & Design Gallery. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for credits or date transfers.
